Appointments & Cancellations We recommend scheduling appointments in advance to guarantee your preferred time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. 2. Punctuality Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure we can accommodate your service. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule to avoid impacting other appointments. 3. Health & Safety For the health and safety of our clients and staff, we maintain high sanitation standards. Tools are disinfected after each use, and we follow strict hygiene practices. If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or recent injuries, please inform our staff prior to your service. 4. Refunds & Repairs All sales are final. No refund; No Exchange; All gel colors would be guaranteed for 10 days; Gel, nail repairs may be repaired with a limited time. 5. Children & Pets For safety reasons and to maintain a relaxing environment, children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Pets are not permitted in the salon, with the exception of service animals. 6. Payment We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and gift certificates. Payment is due at the end of your service. Gratuity is appreciated but not required.
